Proteinea is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our Manufacturing division in the United States. This role focuses on driving technical sales, delivering engineering-backed solutions, and cultivating strong client partnerships to accelerate revenue growth.

You will lead demonstrations, tailor proposals, and serve as the technical bridge through the sales cycle, while staying current with industry trends and competitor developments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical sales.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales tooling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored engineering solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase manufacturing capabilities.
• Act as the primary technical resource throughout the sales process, addressing technical inquiries and providing practical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver detailed product proposals and specifications based on customer needs and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
• Participate in trade shows and industry conferences to promote products and enhance company visibility.
