In-Place Machining Company is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth in industrial services across North America. You will work directly with plant managers, engineers, and executives to develop engineered solutions for critical equipment challenges.

A hunter mentality and strong mechanical aptitude are essential as you build relationships that deliver results. You will identify opportunities, create compelling proposals, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in industrial services or related markets.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and expand accounts.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow strategic customer relationships in industrial markets.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Meet with customers on-site to understand challenges and propose engineered solutions.
• Prepare proposals, technical scopes, and commercial quotations.
• Deliver presentations that showcase capabilities and value.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and field teams for project execution.
• Conduct site assessments and review drawings to identify additional services.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve growth targets.
• Represent IPM at industry events and customer facilities.
