Proteinea in Coffeyville, Kansas is seeking a Senior Project Management Engineer to lead engineering projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with planning, procurement, manufacturing and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to specifications.

The role emphasizes schedule management, risk mitigation, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on MV/LV electrical systems and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in Project Management, After Sales, Service Engineering, Customer Support, or a related engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of MV/LV products and electrical distribution systems.
• Experience working with Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Technical Office, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service teams.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of engineering projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with factory and manufacturing teams to align production activities with project requirements and delivery schedules.
• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, milestones, and resource plans with planning teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, technical specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
