Job summary

Eaton's North America Sales division in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to sell assigned product lines to Commercial Construction within a 50-mile radius. You will drive sales, optimize product mix and margins, and coordinate with distributors, customers, end users and specifiers under limited supervision.

Responsibilities include providing sales and technical support, preparing bids, analyzing market trends, and presenting to customers and distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three (3) years in a technical or commercial field.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
• Ability to travel locally 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Sell assigned product lines to Commercial Construction within targeted market areas.
• Coordinate sales for the customer and distributor base.
• Provide sales and technical assistance with distributors, customers, end users and specifiers.
• Provide timely information for order entry and market intelligence data.
