Job summary

Henkel, in the Adhesive Technologies unit, is seeking a high‑performing sales professional to expand our Indiana territory. You will drive plans to grow sales and profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering value through tailored solutions.

The role requires 5+ years of automotive sales experience, excellent communication, negotiation and project‑management skills, and willingness to travel 50% of the time. A technical background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum (technical preferred).
• 5+ years of sales or relevant experience in the automotive industry with a strong record of delivering results.
• Comprehensive understanding and expertise in value selling.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plan in line with business strategy to deliver sales growth and profitability targets.
• Manage territory to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively seeking feedback and addressing concerns.
• Assess customer needs, business trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Identify solutions to address customer needs, manage/close projects, cultivate growth opportunities and build pipeline.
• Execute pricing actions; build/maintain key customer relationships.
• Coordinate with technical team to conduct line trials, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Generate compelling and professional business proposals.
