Job summary

Doppel is the platform built to dismantle digital deception at scale. We scan over 150 billion entities daily and deploy adaptive AI SOC agents with human analysts to disrupt attacker infrastructure.

We are hiring a Product Security Engineer to embed security into engineering workflows, conduct architecture reviews, maintain tooling, and scale our security program in an AI-enabled development environment, with leadership reporting and mentorship for engineers.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in product security, cloud security engineering, software development or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with penetration testing coordination and threat modeling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering teams on architecture reviews and secure design.
• Evaluate AI-assisted security workflows to increase coverage and accelerate reviews.
• Improve and maintain security tooling and guardrails across the SDLC/CI-CD pipeline.
• Advise engineering teams on secure patterns for networking, data protection, and IAM.
• Coordinate vulnerability management from triage to remediation and validation.
