Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Sr Sales Engineer to support enterprise sales engagements and help customers adopt Cohesity's modern data security and management platform. You will partner with Account Executives to deliver tailored technical solutions and lead proofs of concept in complex environments.

This role emphasizes strong technical execution, collaboration, and growing ownership of account-level strategy, with guidance from senior SEs. Travel and in-office presence may be required.

Qualifications

• Pre-sales experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with backup, recovery, data protection, or cyber resilience technologies.
• Ability to translate technical architecture into customer value.
• Experience partnering with Account Executives to support complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer and expansion opportunities by articulating Cohesity's Data Cloud portfolio to business and technical audiences.
• Provide expert technical support throughout the sales cycle, including discovery, solution design, demos, and proofs of concept.
• Support technical strategy for enterprise opportunities in partnership with the Account Executive.
• Enable customers to integrate Cohesity products into existing production environments and respond to requests promptly.
• Lead technical engagements such as product demonstrations, workshops, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Support to relay feedback and influence product improvements.
