Job summary

Interface.ai in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive new business with financial institutions, partnering with Account Executives, CS, and Product to win high-value deals.

You will own technical pre-sales, deliver tailored demos, respond to RFPs, and translate complex engineering concepts into business value. OTE $160k-$220k with comprehensive benefits and a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years total technical experience, with at least 4+ years in sales engineering.
• Experience with financial institutions preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and leverage AI tools.
• Engineering or computer science background mandatory.
• Experience selling enterprise software to financial services is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of CXO-level presentatons.

Responsibilities

• Master product features and serve as product expert in sales engagements.
• Deliver custom demonstrations and articulate business value.
• Collaborate with sales, CS, Product, Marketing on GTM strategy.
• Create responses for RFPs and RFIs, maintain response database.
• Capture insights from interactions to inform prospects.
• Provide feedback to Product, Marketing, and Leadership.
• Represent in client events and tradeshows.
• Ensure proper handovers to delivery after sale.
