Job summary

Interface.ai is hiring a Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end design for strategic enterprise accounts. You will architect integrations linking our AI platform with core banking systems, telephony, and contact center stacks, while communicating clearly to CTOs and IT executives.

The role requires hands-on engineering experience, a proven track record with production deployments, and the ability to own escalation and delivery across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent production integration experience.
• 6–12 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech with several years in solutions architecture.
• Hands-on engineering or integration background with production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution design for assigned enterprise accounts from scoping to go-live.
• Design integration architectures connecting interface.ai to core banking systems and telephony stacks.
• Serve as primary technical contact and escalation owner for customer engagements.
• Deliver architecture blueprints and integration specs for review by engineering and executives.
• Escalation ownership for production integration issues and rapid resolution.
