A-LIGN is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to build scalable training, content, and playbooks that empower the sales team. You’ll work with Sales, Marketing, Product, CS, and GTM Ops to drive readiness and revenue through effective enablement initiatives.

Responsibilities include onboarding, role-based training, continuous content updates, and performance analysis to improve seller productivity and content adoption across the buyer journey.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 4+ years in sales enablement or sales training in B2B/enterprise.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing scalable enablement programs and content.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deliver onboarding and role-based training.
• Create and maintain sales content, messaging, and playbooks.
• Assess enablement materials and refresh to align with priorities.
• Develop scalable training paths and verification programs.
