Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Specialist to strengthen rep productivity and revenue growth for the Display division.

This role coordinates training programs, content management, and LMS administration to ensure effective seller workflows in Salesforce and alignment with CRM data. The ideal candidate will design and deliver multi-format training (eLearning, live sessions, virtual).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Education, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in sales enablement or training in electronics or B2B tech.
• Experience with LMS and content management.
• Salesforce/Highspot/Absorb experience a plus.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Curate and maintain sales collateral for key categories.
• Manage LMS content, courses, exams, and modules.
• Integrate learning data with Salesforce in CRM workflows.
• Support 30-60-90 day onboarding ramps for new sales reps.
• Collaborate with product marketing and sales operations on GTM material.
