Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Finance or related field required.
• 5+ years in sales enablement, training, or related field in B2B/consumer electronics.
• Experience with multi-format training delivery and content management.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs across formats (eLearning, live, virtual).
• Manage LMS/CMS content, tracks courses, videos, and certifications.
• Integrate learning data with Salesforce to align with seller metrics.
• Support onboarding and ramp programs for new sales reps.
• Collaborate with product marketing and sales operations to translate updates into talk tracks.
