Job summary

Emery Jensen Distribution is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to empower the field sales team through multi-format enablement content, onboarding programs, and LMS management. You will drive the creation and maintenance of eLearning, job aids, and live sessions to accelerate reps’ ramp and performance.

You’ll partner with Sales Leaders, SMEs, and HR to build role-based curricula, measure learning impact, and implement continuous improvements in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5 years in Sales Enablement, L&D, or Training with content ownership.
• Experience translating business needs into learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain sales enablement content across formats.
• Develop onboarding content to accelerate new-hire readiness.
• Own LMS/ALP content, courses, paths, and curricula.
