Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or related field.
• 10+ years of Banking, Financial Services, or Sales Enablement experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with persuasive materials.
• Experience building scalable content strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Product teams.
• Proficiency with enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Commercial Bank content strategy; curate templates and pitchbooks.
• Ensure on-brand, compliant materials; establish a single source of approved content.
• Develop scalable field-ready content for prospecting, discovery, proposals, and client retention.
• Drive adoption through training, campaigns, and workflow integration; measure program impact.
• Leverage AI tools to gain insights and improve content and learning resources.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to optimize messaging and materials for real selling scenarios.
