Job summary

BMO Financial Group seeks a Sr. Sales Enablement Manager to lead strategy, development, and delivery of enablement content for client-facing teams. You will translate complex product capabilities into compelling narratives and scalable assets for Relationship Managers and sales teams.

The role requires strong editorial leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration with sales leadership and executives. hybrid in Chicago with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
• 10+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Sales Enablement roles.
• Proven success in developing sales enablement strategies that improve seller performance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sellers, people leaders and senior leadership across Sales, Marketing and Product.
• Strong writing, messaging, and presentation-development skills creating persuasive materials.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Commercial Bank content strategy aligned to growth priorities and client segments.
• Curate and standardize sales materials, templates and pitchbooks; ensure on-brand and easy deployment.
• Partner with Marketing, Brand, Graphic designers and stakeholders to keep content current and grounded in market priorities.
• Develop scalable, field-ready content supporting prospecting, discovery, proposals and retention.
• Drive adoption of content through training, campaigns, and workflow integration.
• Analyze performance reporting to measure program impact and surface optimization opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools to analyze data and build resources more efficiently.
