Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Sr. Sales Enablement Manager in Chicago to lead strategy and delivery of high-impact enablement content that powers client-facing teams to grow and win in competitive markets.

You will craft client-ready narratives and scalable assets, equipping Relationship Managers with tailored messaging and materials. The role requires collaboration with Sales leadership and other executives, strong editorial judgment, and a proven ability to drive adoption of content and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited university.
• 10+ years of Banking, Financial Services, or Sales Enablement experience.
• Proven success in developing sales enablement strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Product leadership.
• Strong writing, messaging, and presentation-development skills.
• Proficiency with enablement and content platforms (e.g., Seismic) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong PowerPoint skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Commercial Bank content strategy aligned to growth priorities.
• Curate and standardize sales materials, templates and pitchbooks.
• Establish a single source of truth for approved sales content.
• Partner with Marketing, Brand, and design to keep materials current and on-brand.
• Develop scalable field-ready content to support prospecting, discovery, proposals, and retention.
• Drive adoption through training, campaigns, and workflow integration.
• Analyze performance data to measure impact and surface improvement opportunities.
