Job summary

Bullhorn is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to empower its global sales teams with knowledge, skills and tools to accelerate productivity and drive performance. You will collaborate with senior sales leaders across the UK and Europe to design, deliver and scale enablement programmes, leveraging AI and cross-functional partnerships.

Role requires hands-on delivery, continuous improvement mindset and travel within UK/Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement or related function.
• Designed and improved enablement programmes across onboarding, sales methodology, product knowledge and selling skills.
• Led enablement initiatives end-to-end from needs analysis through delivery, reinforcement and measurement.
• Confident facilitator for virtual, in-person and blended delivery formats.
• Strong understanding of consultative, value-based sales methodologies.
• Willing to travel occasionally within the UK/Europe.

Responsibilities

• Consult with sales leaders and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and scalable enablement strategies, including use of AI.
• Design, deliver and continuously improve onboarding, sales methodology, product knowledge and selling skills programmes.
• Own enablement initiatives end-to-end from needs analysis through reinforcement and measurement.
• Develop high-impact learning assets such as workshops, playbooks, coaching resources and digital learning.
• Collaborate to translate go-to-market strategy into practical, role-based learning.
• Measure enablement effectiveness using learner feedback, behavioural observations and sales metrics.
• Leverage enablement technologies and AI to personalise learning and scale programmes.
