Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to shape how our sales teams communicate Prenuvo's value across Direct-to-Consumer, Physician Partnerships, and Enterprise segments. You will build and deliver programs that improve selling skills, with a hands-on, zero-to-one approach to enablement strategy.

You will collaborate with Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners to create playbooks, training, and content, while measuring impact and refining approaches for peak performance.

Qualifications

• At least 8–12 years of total experience with 3+ years frontline sales.
• Proven track record in selling across multiple audiences.
• Experience creating onboarding, training, coaching and seller development programs.

Responsibilities

• Define sales enablement strategy across DTC, physician partnerships and enterprise.
• Develop onboarding programs to accelerate ramp time.
• Create training, coaching and playbooks to strengthen selling skills.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Clinical and Legal to ensure accurate content.
• Measure impact with ramp time, adoption and performance.
