Job summary

Acosta Group seeks a Sr Manager BI – Commercial Enablement Trainer to lead end-to-end training design and delivery for a unified commercial workflow platform across insights, planning, execution, and reporting teams. You will develop and deliver training that enables adoption of AI-driven insights, with emphasis on actionable recommendations and business impact.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging learning materials, facilitate sessions, and measure effectiveness

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the sales process and BI data.
• Adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and respond to evolving needs
• Knowledgeable in Commercial business processes, learning technologies, content development, storytelling
• Experience in Project Management, Sales Enablement, and/or AI-assisted workflows
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience managing projects independently and tracking progress
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
• Proficiency in Articulate Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, Genially
• Fast learner in learning tools and video software

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop and deliver training programs supporting adoption of new commercial workflows and processes.
• Provide training solutions that leverage AI-generated insights, alerts, and automated workflows.
• Lead user readiness, adoption, and change strategies across sales, analytics, and leadership audiences.
• Collaborate with Acosta Group to develop high-quality learning solutions using effective tools and strategies.
• Train users to interpret analytics and convert insights into actions for business decisions.
• Create role-based learning experiences for diverse user audiences.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and onboarding.
• Develop case studies and assessments to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support change management with communications plans and adoption resources.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning materials.
