Job summary

Acosta Group seeks a Sr Manager BI – (Commercial Enablement Trainer) to lead design and delivery of a unified commercial workflow platform training program. You will develop end-to-end training spanning insights, planning, execution and reporting for the Omnichannel sales services and BI teams, focusing on advanced, insight-driven analytical solutions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver role-based learning, manage multiple projects, and drive user adoption across sales,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and business intelligence data.
• Adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Experience with Articulate Rise/Storyline, Camtasia, Genially preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programs for new commercial workflows and related processes.
• Provide training on AI-generated insights, recommendations, and automated workflows.
• Lead user readiness, adoption, and change-management strategies.
• Create learning materials: instructor-led content, eLearning, job aids, videos, and performance support tools.
• Train users to interpret analytical outputs and translate insights into actions.
• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics.
• Collaborate with Acosta Group teams to develop learning solutions.
