Job summary

Acosta Group seeks a Sr Manager BI to lead design and delivery of a unified commercial workflow platform and comprehensive training across insights, planning, execution, and reporting for Omnichannel sales services and BI teams.

You will develop training solutions with AI-generated insights, drive user readiness, and partner with stakeholders to close skill gaps while managing multiple projects with attention to detail.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in sales enablement, BI data interpretation, and training methodologies.
Proven ability to design multi-modal training (live, eLearning, job aids, videos).
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver training for the new commercial workflow platform.
Create instructor-led content, eLearning modules, job aids, and performance support tools.
Lead user readiness and adoption strategies across sales, analytics, and leadership audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
