Job summary

Acosta Group in the United States seeks a Sr Manager BI – (Commercial Enablement Trainer) to design, develop, and launch a unified commercial workflow platform. You will lead end-to-end training across insights, planning, execution and reporting for omnichannel sales services and BI teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications or related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of the sales process and business intelligence data.
Adult learning principles and training methodologies.
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Design, Develop and deliver and maintain multi-facted training programs for new commercial workflows and related processes.
Provide training solutions that enable associates to leverage AI-generated insights and automated workflows.
Lead user readiness, adoption, and role-transition strategies across audiences.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop learning solutions using effective tools and instructional strategies.
Train users to interpret analytical outputs and convert insights into actions.
