Job summary

Acosta Group seeks a Senior BI Manager to design and launch a unified commercial workflow platform and deliver end-to-end training across insights, planning, execution and reporting. You will enable associates to leverage AI-driven insights and automate workflows with strong business judgment.

You will partner across sales, analytics, and leadership to ensure adoption, effectiveness, and measurable improvements in performance and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma/GED.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programs to support adoption of new commercial workflows and processes.
• Lead user readiness, adoption, reinforcement, and role-transition strategies across sales, analytics and leadership audiences.
• Collaborate with Acosta Group teams to develop learning solutions using effective tools and instructional strategies.
• Train users to interpret analytical outputs and convert insights into actionable business decisions.
• Develop role-based learning experiences for diverse user audiences.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
• Support learning initiatives across insight generation, opportunity identification, and performance tracking.
• Create communication plans and user engagement resources for change management.
• Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions to boost adoption and productivity.
• Serve as trusted advisor on learning strategies and continuous improvement.
• Lead training to transition users to the new platform.
