About The Role
As Proscia’s Sales Director, Life Sciences – Real World Data, your responsibilities include:

  • Leading Real World Data strategy and sales to the Life Sciences segment globally (Pharma, CROs, biotech).
  • Developing and executing a sales strategy for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion of Proscia's Real World Data business globally, exceeding quota expectations.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders, collaborating with Life Sciences Sales Directors on account strategy, working with Professional Services for data delivery, and with Marketing on Go To Market plans.
  • Prioritizing target accounts to maximize sales opportunities for Proscia's Real World Data.
  • Maintaining relationships with key accounts to establish Proscia as the preferred supplier, operating at high levels within organizational hierarchies.
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and customer data in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Monitoring competitor activities and identifying new business opportunities.
What Are We Seeking?
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of proven experience in Real World Data sales to Life Sciences organizations.
  • Ability to target key accounts, manage a global territory, and identify market potential.
  • Experience selling Real World Data assets, especially oncology RWD, is preferred.
  • Established network with senior leadership in Pharma and CROs is a plus.
  • Knowledge in digital pathology, image analysis, data management, and AI solutions is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to meet performance goals and metrics.
  • Willingness to travel at least 40%.
  • Ability to work independently in a non-hierarchical environment.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Fluent in business English, verbal and written.
