What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Strategically manage the Mass and Supermarket channels to identify trends and market opportunities for In Store Bakery and Dairy Case products
- Lead and motivate a team of 12 sales professionals, including 6 direct reports
- Analyze portfolio P&L to develop sustainable growth solutions
- Build high-level relationships with key customers and manage brokers and distributors
- Collaborate with executive team to create and track annual business plans and promotions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; Sales/Marketing/Business degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in natural and conventional channels, with a proven track record
- Prior experience in a Director-level role preferred, ideally with experience in both large CPG brands and small challenger brands
- Proficiency in data tools such as SPINS, IRI, and Nielsen
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PPT, and Word

- Insights-driven sales approach with experience in retail and distributor portals
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time and ability to work from a home office near a major airport
- Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects effectively
