One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Director, Sales in the United States.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving national sales performance, managing a growing team of Sales Managers and Account Executives, and executing high-impact sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth. The Senior Director of Sales will lead initiatives to boost win rates, develop scalable territory plans, and align closely with customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional experiences. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales leader with a proven ability to scale teams, optimize processes, and lead with both data-driven insights and emotional intelligence.
Accountabilities:
- Design and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy focused on revenue growth, pipeline expansion, and win-rate optimization
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives, fostering a high-performance, quota-exceeding culture
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Sales Development teams to drive seamless handoffs, retention, and upsell opportunities
- Oversee territory management and resource planning to maximize coverage and sales efficiency across regions
- Analyze performance metrics to refine sales tactics, develop executive-level reports, and support strategic business decisions
- Represent the sales function in strategic planning discussions and contribute to broader organizational growth initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, managing large, high-performing direct sales teams across multiple geographies
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing high-impact sales strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
- Strong expertise in full-cycle sales, territory management, and CRM systems, with a data-driven approach to performance improvement
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain sales talent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Deep business acumen and the ability to align sales initiatives with broader organizational objectives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and with customers
