Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise technology sales or related roles.
• 5+ years directly leading and coaching sales teams.
• Proven track record of meeting team quotas and driving pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily coaching and performance management for SDS teams.
• Own team quota attainment and pipeline development across industries.
• Align industry priorities with Account Managers and Solution Architects.
• Develop outbound plays and campaigns to generate opportunities.
