Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead NALA Sales Development across multiple industries. You will manage Sales Development Specialists and own team quota attainment, daily coaching, performance management, and alignment with industry sales teams.

You will join customer conversations, build industry-aligned outbound strategies, and help sellers create substantial pipeline while developing the skills and readiness for future sales roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in enterprise technology sales, including sales development or account development roles.
• 5+ years leading, coaching, and developing a sales or SDS team.
• Strong coaching skills including discovery and feedback.
• Track record of delivering against team quotas and outbound campaigns.
• Experience collaborating with Account Managers, Solution Architects and industry leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily coaching and performance management for a team of Sales Development Specialists; own team quota attainment.
• Coach via one-to-ones, call reviews, role plays, and joint customer meetings; emphasize discovery and engagement with Account Managers and Solution Architects.
• Join customer calls to understand use cases and challenges; translate observations into practical coaching.
• Align with Account Managers and Regional Industry Sales Leaders; coordinate with Solution Architects, Industry Business Development, Marketing, and Channel.
• Translate priorities into outbound plans, sales plays, and campaigns; define desired customer outcomes with industry partners.
