Job summary

AlphaSense is looking for a Senior Sales Development Manager in the New York area to accelerate pipeline generation and drive new business growth. You will attract, retain, and develop Sales Development talent and future Account Executives, guiding the team to meet ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment.

Lead coaching, strategy, and mentorship to secure high-quality meetings with senior executives and optimize go-to-market efforts across email, phone, and social channels.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team to secure high-quality meetings with senior executives and meet or exceed KPIs
• Establish effective sales development strategies that scale as the team grows
• Partner on go-to-market strategy, including email, phone, and social messaging
• Track and analyze key trends to inform data-driven decisions
• Implement and deliver professional development programs to help team members succeed as Sales Development Representatives and prepare for future roles in the organization
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and attract Sales Development talent
