AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead and develop a team of pod leaders and their Account Executives in the Professional Services & Consulting segment. You will own go-to-market strategy, performance, and leadership pipeline, driving revenue growth across new logo and expansion opportunities.

You will recruit, coach, and motivate high-performing teams, collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success, and engage with C-level executives to close complex SaaS deals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in SaaS or high-growth tech sales leadership.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain pod leaders and a bench of future leaders.
• Strong track record of targeting and closing complex deals across enterprise buyers.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop pod leaders and their teams of Enterprise and Associate Account Executives who manage end-to-end sales processes.
• Shape and execute a go-to-market strategy for new logos and expansion across the organization.
• Use CRM and analytics tools to track sales metrics, forecast accurately, and drive continuous improvement.
