Job summary

PMY Group in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to drive new business and nurture key client relationships across PMY's technology portfolios, including infrastructure, AV, UC, cybersecurity, and education/government sectors.

You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, manage a robust pipeline, deliver tailored solutions, collaborate with architects and vendors, and travel as needed to engage with districts and educators.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of successful B2B sales experience in consulting, technology, or related fields.
• Experience selling or consulting within school districts, educational agencies, or public-sector entities, with knowledge of procurement processes and funding programs such as E-Rate.
• Proven track record of closing complex deals and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and lead proactive outreach to new clients.
• Communicate PMY's technology offerings clearly across low voltage, AV, cybersecurity, and related services.
• Lead strategic pursuits including RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, and presentations.
