Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Sales Compensation Analytics professional to understand reports and calculations supporting compensation payouts. You will build audits, train staff, and liaison with IS to create and audit essential reports.

You will lead projects to dissect pay calculations and improve accuracy across the team. Requirements include a bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, or Finance, with advanced Excel and data tools such as SQL/Power BI

Qualifications

Bachelor degree required.
At least 4 years of analyst experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations or Finance.
Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement.
Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables) and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Build understanding and evaluate the impact of results within Sales Compensation.
Train team members to maintain integrity of key source documents and compensation strategies.
Collaborate with IS teams to create and audit reporting based on tracking requirements.
Lead ad-hoc projects to dissect and explain calculations and source documents used in pay calculations.
