Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Northfield, IL is seeking a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst to support the design, administration and audit of the sales compensation program.

The role involves building and analyzing reports to ensure accurate payouts and training the team to maintain source documents. You will collaborate with Sales Leadership and IS teams, create documentation on systems and pay components, and lead ad-hoc projects to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of analyst experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations or Finance.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends or exceptions.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL and/or Power BI knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build understanding and evaluate the impact of results within Sales Compensation.
• Train team members to maintain integrity of source documents and compensation strategy.
• Liaison between Sales Compensation and IS teams to create and audit reports.
• Develop SOPs to document processes and ensure repeatable results.
• Collaborate with analysts and programmers to create documentation on systems and pay components.
• Lead ad-hoc projects to dissect calculations and source documents.
