Job summary

USPAY Group LLC, headquartered in Melville, seeks a Senior Sales Executive (Closer) to join our senior account executives on product demonstrations and take the lead in bringing deals to a close. This is a senior, deal-focused seat above our SAE team, where you’ll coach others while closing your own pipeline.

You will be on demonstrations, craft post-demo game plans with reps, handle pricing discussions, and drive opportunities to signed agreements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with a documented record of personally closing new business.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing a sales team or pod.
• Phone and inside sales experience is strongly preferred.
• SaaS or software sales experience is preferred.
• Comfortable running remote product demonstrations.
• Consultative closer able to multi-thread opportunities to decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Join senior account executives on product demonstrations and lead the closing portion of the call.
• Build and execute a post-demo game plan with each rep including next steps and timing.
• Coach SAEs on discovery, demos, and closing techniques via reviews and role-play.
• Take point on pricing discussions, objections, and negotiations through to signed agreements.
• Diagnose stalled deals and re-engage quiet opportunities.
• Develop reps’ ability to close independently and reduce senior involvement over time.
• Run pipeline and forecast reviews with the SAE team and sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of next steps and forecast accuracy.
• Partner with the VP of Sales on strategy for large opportunities; own closures on others.
• Feed insights from live calls back into pitches and objection responses.
