Job summary

Hayagreeva Energy is expanding its commercial team to advance next-generation liquid cooling and cold-plate technologies for AI, HPC, and high-density data center infrastructure. We seek a Sales/Business Development professional who can build relationships with data center operators, server OEMs/ODMs, GPU ecosystems, and system integrators.

You will collaborate with engineering to translate customer requirements into technical proposals, lead the sales cycle, and contribute to a growing company

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of B2B technical sales or business development experience.
• Experience in the thermal-management industry (liquid cooling, cold plates, heat exchangers, CDU systems) valued.
• Experience selling to data centers, OEMs/ODMs, HPC providers is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, manage technical sales cycles and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business-development strategy.
• Identify and engage prospective customers and strategic partners.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline from initial engagement through technical evaluation and commercial discussions.
• Work with customers to understand thermal, mechanical, and performance requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering on proposals, prototypes, testing, and qualification opportunities.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers across the AI infrastructure and data center ecosystem.
• Represent Hayagreeva Energy at industry conferences and customer meetings.
