Align is seeking an experienced data center liquid cooling specialist to lead planning, estimating and execution of advanced cooling infrastructure for hyperscale and AI data center white-space fit-outs. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong project management, coordinating engineers, manufacturers, contractors, and operators across nationwide sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data center project/MEP management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing liquid cooling projects in hyperscale/AI data centers.
• Willingness to travel ~50% nationwide.
• Strong knowledge of liquid cooling, direct-to-chip cooling, rear-door heat exchangers, CDUs and related systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead liquid cooling projects from design coordination through installation, commissioning and turnover.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors and clients to manage scope, schedule and budget.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of cooling infrastructure in mission-critical environments.
• Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure integration with racks, power, and containment.
• Support design reviews, BIM coordination and technical evaluations.
