Job summary

Inteplast Group is seeking a Business Analyst III to empower the Sales Operations and Analytics teams with data-driven insights and reliable reporting infrastructure.

You will translate complex datasets into dashboards and KPI reporting, supporting compensation planning, forecasting, and leadership-level insights across Sales Ops, Customer Service, Rebates, and Accounts Receivable. The role requires collaboration with Finance, IT, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related role.
• Experience with large datasets across multiple systems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and SaaS CRM systems (Salesforce, Veeva, or similar).
• Experience with SAP Business Warehouse and with Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, and Teams.
• Experience supporting sales compensation and operational reporting processes.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze large datasets from CRM, ERP, and related enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain SQL queries and data models for scalable reporting and analysis.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and recurring reports across operations, service, rebates, and receivables.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs.
• Deliver actionable insights to support commercial decisions and performance improvement.
• Support territory planning, quota setting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
