Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales operations or business analysis.
• Experience working with large datasets across multiple systems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Power BI dashboard development and KPI reporting.
• Experience with SaaS CRM systems (Salesforce, Veeva, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze large datasets from CRM, ERP, and related enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain SQL queries and data models to support scalable reporting and analysis.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and recurring reports across Sales Operations, Customer Service, Rebates, Accounts Receivable, and compensation performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting outputs.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to support business decisions and performance improvement.
• Support territory planning, quota setting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
