Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper seeks an analytically minded storyteller to join its Insights & Analytics Team in Rogers, AR. The role focuses on end-to-end analytics to optimize trademark performance, improve operational execution, and inform decision-making for growth across brands.

You will build data-driven stories, support Walmart/Sam's Club collaborations, and develop reporting systems and scorecards to track revenue, inventory, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of business experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) with focus on sales performance and operational analytics
• Experience with Walmart/Sam's Club buying teams highly valued
• Syndicated data knowledge (Circana/Nielsen) and space planning tools (JDA) highly valued
• Strong communication skills and detail orientation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Leverage data resources and insights to build stories that contribute to revenue growth and strategic objectives
• Assist in developing integrated consumer, shopper, category, and marketplace insights
• Analyze shelving, assortment, pricing, and merchandising to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain performance management routines and reporting cadences
• Collaborate with cross-functional and external teams to connect opportunities and develop solutions
• Develop reporting and score-carding to deliver sales and operation metrics
• Be integrated with Sam's Club business workflows and participate in internal meetings and projects
• Bring a storytelling mindset to explain why insights matter and what actions to take
