Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Senior Analytics Leader to guide the analytics team supporting Walmart and Sam's Club. You will drive strategy, manage data providers, and translate insights into revenue growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting, develop performance cadences, and elevate insights from data to action for business impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of business experience in CPG analytics focused on sales performance.
• 3-5 years of leadership / people development experience.
• Experience with Walmart / Sam's Club buying teams is highly valued.
• Syndicated data and space planning knowledge are valued.

What you will do:

• Lead the analytics team that supports KDP's business at Walmart and Sam's Club
• Manage 3P relationships with data providers with high accountability and process
• Establish strategy and vision for the analytics function to produce highest level of competency and impact
• Leverage data resources and insights to build stories that contribute to revenue growth and strategic objectives and conduct analyses to uncover hard-to-find opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain performance management routines including the streamlining of reporting cadences, performance assessments, and opportunity gap analysis
• Collaborate with multiple internal cross-functional and external teams to connect business opportunities and develop solutions
• Steward a system of reporting and score-carding that delivers sales performance and operation metrics, such as dollar/unit growth, set rankings, OOS, inventory, OPD metrics, etc.
• Be fully integrated with Walmart and Sam's Club business workflows, participating in appropriate internal meetings and projects
• Bring a story-telling mindset, elevating insights beyond "what happened" to "why it matters" and "what should we do next"

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of business experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) with a focus on sales performance and operational analytics
• 3-5 years of leadership / people development experience
• Prior experience with Walmart / Sam's Club buying teams highly valued
• Syndicated data knowledge (ex. Circana and/or Nielsen), experience in space planning software (ex. JDA), and Panel data experience (ex. Numerator) highly valued
• Experience with Walmart Scintilla & Sam's Club MADRID is highly valued
• Strong communication skills - verbal, written, presentation and follow-through
• High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as great attention to detail
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
• Travel: <5%

Total Rewards

• Salary range $130,700 - $205,000
• Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
• Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
