Overview

Astonish CRE is seeking a high-caliber, experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The mission of this role is to act as a strategic advisor and catalyst for high-value transactions — driving deal flow through sophisticated market insight and aggressive business development. Beyond individual transactions, this role focuses on the long-term management and optimization of client portfolios, ensuring every deal aligns with the client’s broader investment or operational objectives.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Experience - 3+ years of CRE agent experience, with a verifiable track record of closed transactions

• Technical Proficiency - Advanced knowledge of CRE software (CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi) and CRM systems

Preferred

• Education - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Licensing - Active licensure in additional states is a plus
