Job summary

Astonish Commercial Real Estate Services, a Cincinnati-based boutique brokerage, is seeking a driven Junior Sales Agent to work directly with senior advisors and leadership. Qualifications

• Ohio Real Estate Salesperson License required or willing to obtain; licensing support available.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced CRE environment.
• Experience or familiarity with commercial real estate platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with listing marketing materials, from flyers to offering memorandums.
• Coordinate direct mail and email campaigns using brand templates.
• Maintain listings across Buildout, CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi and company site.
• Manage CRM contacts, property records, call lists and outreach activity.
• Pull comps and conduct market research to support BOVs.
• Help build tenant rep packages and deal proposals.
• Support showings, client follow-up and transaction coordination.
• Assist leadership on analytical and operational projects.

Astonish Commercial Real Estate Services is a Cincinnati-based boutique brokerage specializing in sales, leasing, and auction dispositions across Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky. As a member of CORFAC International, we pair a local, partner-led team with a global network of independent brokerages.

We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Junior Sales Agent who wants a real career in CRE, not just a job. You'll work directly alongside senior advisors and brokerage leadership, getting hands-on exposure to the full listing lifecycle, from marketing and research to showings and closing. This is a mentor-guided path designed to grow you into a top-producing advisor.

What You'll Do

• Create marketing flyers, brochures, postcards, and offering memorandums
• Run direct mail and email campaigns using Astonish brand templates
• Manage listings across Buildout, CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and our website
• Maintain our CRM: contacts, property records, call lists, and outreach activity
• Pull comps and conduct market research to support Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs)
• Help build tenant rep packages and deal proposals
• Assist with property showings, client follow-up, and transaction coordination
• Support leadership on special analytical and operational projects

What We're Looking For

Required

• Active Ohio Real Estate Salesperson License, or willingness to obtain one (licensing coursework support available)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with CoStar, LoopNet, Buildout
