Qualifications

• Active Ohio Real Estate Salesperson License or willingness to obtain (licensing support available)
• Proficient in Google Workspace / MS Office
• Strong written and oral communication, attention to detail, analytical mindset, self-starter attitude

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Listing Support: create marketing flyers, brochures, postcards, and OM from advisor data
• Listing & Platform Management: keep listings accurate on Buildout, CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, website
• Database & CRM Management: update CRM with contacts, properties, calls, and outreach
• Research & Valuations: conduct market research and pull comparables for BOVs
• Client & Deal Execution: assist senior advisors in property showings and transaction docs
• Process, Brand & Special Projects: follow Astonish brand standards and assist with special projects
