Qualifications
- 3+ years of CRE agent experience with a verifiable transaction history.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present financial data to executives.
- Proficiency with CRE software (CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi) and CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation and business development to drive deal flow.
- Conduct market analysis and underwriting to support transactions.
- Negotiate, manage transactions, and maintain client relationships.
- Mentor junior agents and contribute to portfolio optimization.
