Qualifications
- 3+ years of CRE experience or related field with proven deal closure
- Active Ohio real estate license or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and ability to present complex financial data
- Proficiency with CRE software and CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Lead generation and business development to maintain a robust deal pipeline
- Conduct market research, financial modeling, and asset valuation
- Lead negotiations for sales and leases and manage LOIs
- Act as primary contact for high-net-worth clients and corporate portfolios
- Develop and mentor junior agents as part of book growth
- Build and sustain a network of developers, investors, lenders, and legal professionals
