Job summary

TOTEME is seeking a full-time Stock Supervisor for our Melrose Avenue store in Los Angeles. This parental leave cover starts as soon as possible and runs through May 2027, supporting back-of-house operations and delivering an exceptional client experience on the shop floor.

You will manage stockroom organization, inventory control, transfers and returns, and collaborate closely with Retail, Buying, Planning and Client Services teams to drive store efficiency and KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stock management, ideally within luxury retail.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure the stockroom is always organized.
• Receive, process and organize incoming stock.
• Prepare and dispatch outgoing stock, including transfers and returns.
• Support the team in daily store operations and ensure smooth back-of-house functionality.
• Monitor and contribute to achieving KPIs and business targets.
• Execute and improve workflows to optimize store efficiency, both independently and as part of a team.
• Serve as a point of contact between the store and cross-functional departments.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for a full-time Stock Supervisor to join the team at our Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. The role is a parent leave cover starting as soon as possible, and continuing through May 2027. In this role, you will be responsible for managing back-of-house operations, including stockroom organization and inventory control, while also supporting the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience on the shop floor. You will collaborate closely with the Retail, Buying, Planning, and Client Services teams, and report directly to the Store Manager.

Your Profile

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's store at Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles starting as soon as possible. This is fixed-term parental leave cover, expected to run through May 2027.

The salary for this role ranges between $22-$25 per hour USD before tax and will be set according to the applicant's profile, skills and previous experience.
