Job summary

Humana is looking for a Lead SailPoint Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and sustain Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions across the enterprise, primarily within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). You will translate architectural strategy into scalable, secure IGA implementations and act as the authoritative engineering lead for the IGA platform.

Qualifications

SailPoint Identity Now Engineer certification required.
5+ years in identity/security engineering or solution delivery.
Strong experience with SailPoint ISC and lifecycle workflows.
Experience with APIs, SCIM, and data integrations.
Ability to own platform delivery and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

Serve as lead technical owner for IGA solution delivery in partnership with the Lead IGA Solutions Architect.
Ensure engineering aligns with enterprise architecture, standards, and reference patterns.
Lead identity lifecycle and governance implementations (joiner/mover/leaver, certifications, RBAC/ABAC).
Translate regulatory, audit, and risk requirements into technical controls.
Lead integrations across HR systems, directories, cloud platforms, and apps.
Own platform reliability, health, automation, and deployment practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design, delivery, and roadmaps.
Mentor engineers to improve delivery consistency and engineering maturity.
