Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, MIS or related field.
• 3+ years in accounting/finance with exposure to ERP systems or software support.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Review, assign, and own customer support tickets daily, ensuring prompt responses.
• Determine actions after reviewing tickets and test potential solutions in demos.
• Add internal comments and contact customers with solutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management or Sage Intacct engineering.
• Follow up regularly on outstanding tickets and coordinate with other teams.
• Communicate clearly throughout the issue resolution process.
• Learn and grow through on-the-job coaching and firm-wide programs.
