Responsibilities include managing claims end-to-end, coordinating return-to-work, maintaining OSHA documentation, and analyzing injury data to drive safety improvements and audits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR experience focused on Workers' Compensation, Safety, Employee Relations, or HR Business Partnership.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workers' compensation administration.
• Experience supporting multi-state employee populations.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation claims from intake through resolution.
• Partner with employees, managers, medical providers, insurance carriers, and legal teams throughout the claims process.
• Coordinate return-to-work efforts and accommodation support.
• Review workplace incidents and injury investigations to identify trends and develop preventive measures.
• Maintain OSHA documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Analyze claims and injury data to recommend safety improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
• Support company-wide safety programs, audits, training initiatives, and compliance efforts.
• Provide guidance to managers and HR partners on workers' compensation and safety-related matters.
• Partner with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators to ensure effective claims management.
• Assist with insurance renewals, audits, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
