Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Risk Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HR, workers’ compensation or risk management in healthcare or multi-site organization.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers’ compensation laws, and vehicle compliance across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workers’ compensation claims and coordinate with TPAs.
• Audit injury logs, incident reports, and claims data.
• Provide training and support to facility leadership on risk practices.
• Collaborate with legal counsel and insurers on litigated cases.
• Monitor transportation compliance for company vehicles.
• Develop KPIs for injury trends, claims, and audits.
